Enterprise Account Manager - FIVE x 5 Solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with all of our Enterprise partners, handling advanced technical issues, account needs (upsells, renewals, etc.), longterm projects, and customized onboardings. I also work closely with our Product Development team to define, scope, and prioritize development work for our Enterprise partners.

Strengthened relationships, resolved advanced technical issues, served as the technical contact for hardware/software projects, and coordinated Enterprise product development for a portfolio of Enterprise, High ARR, and VIP clients across the US. Before working in software I worked in a few different industries while figuring out what I wanted to pursue as a career. I didn't follow the traditional pathway into tech, but these experiences all served as an integral part of building my skillset and a foundation for the work I do today.

  • Combination of technical (Organic Chemistry, Statistics, Bioarachology, etc.) and anthropological (Cultural Heritage Studies, International Antiquities Law), etc.) training
  • Program designed around analytical thinking, scientific processes, and the importance of context in creating narratives
  • Spent a summer excavating at a prison on a small island in Ireland known as the "Alcatraz of Ireland"
